Le Moderne bar and restaurant in Villereal serves what is in our opinion, the most delicious beef burger on the planet (and we should know, we've tried a few). The restaurant is owned by a local farming family and all the produce including the beef is sourced from the farm and local area. Served with fries cooked in duck fat and all the other wonderful ingredients in the burger, it's lovely! And at only 8 Euro's a bargain too. Villereal is pretty special too.
